	* smallprint.cc (__small_vsprintf): Use HEAP_NOTHEAP for type.
	* strfuncs.cc (sys_wcstombs_alloc): Guard use of ccalloc
	to !__OUTSIDE_CYGWIN__ for use in cygserver.
	(sys_mbstowcs_alloc): Ditto.
