regex.h includes rx.h (where's rx.h)?

Its only included in the cdk source.  This is an oversight (although it existed
in b18 as well).  Interestingly enough, a "find" on the cdk and usertool source
shows 5 files in different locations called rx.h!  I guess this helps make 
figuring out which file you need interesting!;-)  I've attached a zip file
with the one that seems to closely match with the one I used in b18 (which 
served the purpose admirably.)  Hope it helps.
