cygwin-doc-1.3-3: some man pages not added to whatis database [1/1]

Some man pages in the cygwin-doc/cygwin-doc-1.3-3 package don't get
added to the whatis database by makewhatis. The problem appears to be
that they don't contain a .SH NAME section in the nroff source. This
applies to the following files:
